Monthly Board of Directors meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, at 5:15 PM, at the business office located at 7435 FM 1638.

Our customers are invited to attend the Directors meetings, and a visitors forum is held as the first item of business at all meetings giving our customers an opportunity to voice their opinions.

Meeting Agendas are posted at least three days prior to the meetings in the front window of the office and at the County Clerk’s office in the Nacogdoches County Court House.
